These Terms & Conditions govern your use of e7e, Bangladesh's online casino and sports betting platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using e7e, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e7e ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the e7e website at https://e7e.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the e7e platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication at https://e7e.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of e7e after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered on e7e, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional activity. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product only.
These Terms are written in English. In any conflict arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling document.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
e7e is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on this platform. We conduct age verification checks at registration and during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility
e7e primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is each player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online betting services is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing e7e from any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on e7e. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
e7e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification may include submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.
3. Account Obligations
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e7e account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. e7e will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must ensure that all personal information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your details change — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account promptly. e7e accepts no liability for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Registering or operating more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, e7e reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who believe they may have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to resolve the matter before any action is taken.
3.4 Player Responsibility
All bets, deposits, and account activity carried out from your account are your sole responsibility. This includes activity that occurs because you shared your credentials or allowed another person access to your device while logged in. We strongly recommend logging out of your account on any shared or public device after each session.
e7e uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all account pages and transaction flows. Your data is protected in transit. However, account-level security — including password strength and credential confidentiality — remains your personal responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method used. Higher limits are available to fully verified KYC-compliant accounts.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your e7e account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. In rare cases, network delays may extend processing time up to one hour. If a deposit has not appeared after one hour, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods such as major cricket tournament finals. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically received within 1–3 business hours once approved. e7e does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions; however, your mobile wallet provider's own fees may apply.
4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility
To be eligible to withdraw funds, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. e7e reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
Important: Funds deposited on e7e may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. e7e is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposits should only be made from funds you can afford to risk losing.
4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your mobile wallet but before they appear in your e7e account, do not attempt to re-deposit. Contact our support team with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transaction ID and our payments team will investigate and resolve the matter within 24 hours of Bangladesh Standard Time.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by e7e are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on e7e may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in BDT (৳), and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the current promotion page. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all associated accounts being flagged for investigation.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses carry wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, only bets placed on sports markets with odds of 1.50 or greater, or on qualifying casino games, count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed on excluded games or markets do not contribute to wagering progress.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically. Real-money deposits are not affected by bonus expiry. If you wish to forfeit a bonus before its expiry to withdraw your real-money balance without restriction, contact support to have the bonus removed from your account.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions
e7e monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming offers under multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear rollover requirements while minimising genuine risk. Where promotional abuse is detected, e7e reserves the right to void bonus balances, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close the associated accounts.
5.6 Seasonal & Tournament Promotions
e7e periodically offers promotions tied to Bangladeshi cricket events such as BPL and T20 tournaments, as well as cultural occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on e7e are subject to acceptance by the platform. e7e reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed at prices that were published in error, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits for the market concerned.
6.2 Odds and Markets
All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in as displayed at the time of acceptance, regardless of subsequent market movements. Live in-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions.
6.3 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in full under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not start within a stated timeframe; the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or the odds were published due to a manifest error. 6.4 Cricket Specific Rules
For cricket betting, the following general rules apply: all cricket bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the relevant board). In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result, the DLS adjusted target and result are used for settlement. Matches abandoned without a result or reduced to fewer than the minimum overs required will be declared void unless a result has been determined under competition rules.
6.5 Casino Game Rules
All casino games on e7e use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams from regulated studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 6.6 Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or sports bet — including disconnection, server interruption, or game malfunction — e7e will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state and settle the bet accordingly. Where restoration is not possible, the applicable studio or game provider's published policy on technical failures shall govern the resolution.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on e7e. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or operating more than one account, or facilitating the registration of accounts on behalf of third parties.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the e7e platform, including for bet placement, account creation, or data scraping.
- Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and will be reversed.
- Money laundering or using the e7e platform to obscure the source of funds. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets in possession of inside information that is not publicly available at the time the bet is placed.
- Sharing or selling account access, or acting as an agent accepting bets on behalf of other individuals through a single account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards e7e staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account.
Anti-Money Laundering: e7e maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. Accounts suspected of AML violations will be frozen pending investigation, and applicable authorities will be notified as required by law.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your e7e account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, e7e will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal checks. Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Suspension by e7e
e7e reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraud, AML concerns, violation of these Terms, bonus abuse, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension pending investigation, access to the account and its funds will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation to you via your registered email address.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to stop gambling on e7e may request a self-exclusion period of six months, one year, or five years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. e7e may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts. Players will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and the account will be restored to active status immediately, with no further fees applied going forward.
8.5 Disputes
If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any bet settlement, withdrawal, or account action, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered. e7e will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days. All disputes are handled in English. e7e's decision on disputes is final, subject to any applicable legal rights you may have.
